Really well made hot sauce and my new go-to for lighter dishes especially. Great flavor and big time heat, you don't typically need more than a few drops.

This is a versatile sauce. Pizza, wings, stir fry, fish, pork etc. I think most sauce lovers would really like it. It's hot but nothing crazy. For me personally, the vinegar is too pronounced in the scent and taste for what I like in a sauce.
